    • 8:00 to 9:00 am Registration and Arrival

    • 9:00 to 9:15 am Welcome 

    • 9:15 to Noon - Rehearsal/Instructional Time

    • Noon to 1:00 pm Lunch provided

    • 1:00 to 4:00 pm Rehearsal/Instructional Time

    • 4:00 to 4:30 pm Wrap up with clinicians

    • 4:30 to 6:00 pm Pizza meal break and prepare for show 

    • 6:00 to 7:00 pm Showcase
